Start Your Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Journey
Follow these steps to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
Meet the basic requirements, complete the mandatory courses, and pass the state exams.

• Complete Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours)

• Pass National & State real estate exams with 75% or higher
